CLIENT AND BUSINESS GOAL:

With over 100 years of history, CPFL is an energy company with business in distribution, generation and commercialization of electrical energy and services. Nowadays, it is one of the biggest companies in the Brazilian electrical area and present in almost 700 cities counting with more than 9.9 million customers.

The group operates in Brazil, in the states of São Paulo, Rio Grande do Sul, Paraná e Minas Gerais, in an area that serves approximately 22 million habitants. In the fields of generation, it possesses the capacity installed in the sector of 3.297 MW, of which 95,6% are renewable sources.

The search for automation of the scheduled shutdowns of distribution and transmission, brought the client to Keyworks. I am a Project Manager in the System Operation area of CPFL Group. I had the opportunity to conduct several projects in our Group, in partnership with Keyworks, and all with great success in their implementations.

I highlight as a strong feature of Keyworks, the ability to capture the needs of the business area, its organicity and high management of its projects, the engagement of its team and the helpfulness in serving its client, as determining factors in the construction of an assertive solution within scope and resources and defined deadlines.
